Hey Loves! F & J here!
It seems like love is in the air everywhere! Even our morning coffee reminded us that Valentine's Day is just around the corner. (But how cute is that!)
Since F's sister is still in elementary school she still gets to celebrate with a party and Valentines. She decided to be the cool big sister and we hand made her valentines, all 30 of them! They were so easy and cute that we just had to share, so maybe you can pass on the love this Valentine's Day too!
Here's how we did it! We used good old fashioned card stock, a heart stencil, glue dots, scissors, twine, and washi tape.
Then we cut a heart out of the red paper and used the glue dots to glue it on the white that we had already cut into the size we wanted the Valentines to be. And ran a line of Washi Tape at the bottom of the card. For those of you who don't know what it is, it is just decorative tape and it's super handy when something needs a little pick me up. Every crafter should have some!
We found these super cute bubbles at Michaels, our local arts and crafts store and tied them to the card with some red and white twine.
This is how the ended up turning out and we think they look pretty cute, and they were super easy. F's little sister can't wait to pass them out! For added humor you could leave a cute little note saying something like, you blew me away!
Love,
F & J
